The villa has a large seating area called the Family room.
This open plan area contains 2 large luxurious sofas, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day, while patio doors allow direct access to the pool deck and give you a great view of the woodland and conservation area at the rear of the property.
For those who need their daily dose of TV, the Family room has a large TV complete with cable and DVD system.
One of the sofas can be easily transformed into a double sized bed.
Bedrooms three and four both contain two single sized beds. Located conveniently in the same hallway next to these two rooms is the homes family bathroom which contains a bath/shower unit. Both rooms have generous drawer and closet space.
The second Master bedroom also has a Queen sized bed, own television and en-suite bathroom complete with a walk in shower unit. There is plenty of storage space provided by a large built-in closet and drawers.
The villa features four large bedrooms and a double sized sofa-bed, allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably.
Two of the bedrooms are master suites and two are twin rooms. The first Master bedroom has a magnificent Queen sized bed and its own television. The luxury en-suite bathroom comes complete with a large walk-in shower unit and a spacious walk-in closet.
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Toaster and Coffee Machine (essential for those early morning rises for the Theme Parks).
If you need to do any laundry, we have a large washing machine and tumble drier located in a laundry cupboard.
There is also dinning facilities for 4 people in the nook.
Located conveniently adjoining the open plan Family room and Kitchen is the Dining area. There is a large table and 6 chairs and is ideal for both formal and casual meals.
The living room area contains 2 large luxurious sofas, the perfect place to relax.
The large pool and spa is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered Lanai and ceiling fans. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The surrounding patio is furnished with chairs, table, and sun beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
For those times when even swimming and sunbathing is too much, you'll be able to just sit back and relax in our luxury Spa.
A pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place.
